Sandi Tindal:

Sandi T began teaching yoga immediately after being certified in January of 2014. Since then, she's taught over 220 hours of classes. Sandi teaches a variety of yoga classes in our FIT 2 studio, including gentle & power yoga. She believes that the practice of yoga can be modified to fit each person's personality and where they are in life. Prior to teaching at Aqua~Fit, Sandi taught at Mu Do Martial Arts in Garland, Joy of Dance in Plano and yoganics in Wylie. When not spending time in her yoga practices and teachings, Sandi loves to play music & spend time with her children. She admits she's not grown out of her love for climbing trees, so don't be surprised if you see Sandi in a tree!
